1. Educational Requirements

- Preferred: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (not mandatory).
2. Communication Skills
- Fluent English is most

3. Customer Service Skills
- Empathy to understand and address customer needs.
- Problem-solving skills to handle complaints and provide solutions.
- Patience in dealing with different customer situations.

- Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.

- Previous experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
